What you will do

• Implement high-standard code and sophisticated system designs within the AI Engineering Lab.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent systems and distributed architectures for engineering task automation.
• Prototype and evaluate LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
• Manage the full development lifecycle from initial concept and API integration to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align innovations with the company roadmap and provide measurable ROI.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python.
• Experience with at least one other language such as Java, Go, TypeScript, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and drive high-level design choices.
• English and Polish: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer tools or using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, AutoGen).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with the ad-tech industry and real-time bidding (RTB) systems.
