Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid

Company

Invity is a MiCA-licensed fintech product from hirify.global, building a Bitcoin neobank for Europe through a mobile app with automated investing strategies.

What you will do

• Own product design end-to-end, from early concepts and user flows to polished, shipped screens.
• Translate complex Bitcoin, financial, and regulatory requirements into simple, clear mobile experiences.
• Run design discovery through user conversations, prototype testing, and evidence-based product decisions.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system as the product grows.
• Partner with product management and engineering to take features from idea to launch and ensure implementation matches the design intent.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to create experiences that are both simple and compliant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing products.
• Experience with consumer-facing B2C mobile products, or the ability to learn this domain quickly.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and attention to detail.
• Fluent Czech and English required.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in becoming an expert in complex domains; daily use of AI for research, prototyping, and design changes in code.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated industry.
