What you will do

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization within Clinical Data Management.
• Architect, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and rule-based approaches.
• Define and execute strategies for model development, testing, validation, benchmarking, and training data preparation.
• Integrate AI components into existing desktop and web-based C#/.NET software platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation for software applications, AI models, and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in AI/ML/NN/computer vision solution development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL (MS SQL), and vector databases (Qdrant).
• Experience with AI validation, explainability, hallucination mitigation, and confidence scoring.
• Strong understanding of AI-agent orchestration (MCP Server), SDLC, and MLOps.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI solutions within healthcare, life sciences, or CRO/pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into C#/.NET enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
