What you will do
- Respond to user inquiries regarding app usage via email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalate technical issues and bugs to the engineering team.
- Analyze user needs and provide actionable insights to the product team.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving internal support processes.
- Maintain high standards of answering speed and support quality.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English.
- Availability to work in the EU time zone.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Love for modern technologies.
