What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2C and B2B customers.
- Collect and verify information from clients and internal databases.
- Provide proactive support to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via online chat and email.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and explain IT business logic.
- Work the evening shift from 17:00 to 01:00 EET.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Investigative mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Tech-savvy personality with the ability to learn independently.
- Experience with Proxies, VPNs, or similar products.
- Ability to work evening shifts (17:00–01:00 EET).
