What you will do
- Provide human-centric support via live messaging, email, and phone for complex user needs.
- Troubleshoot bank transfer verifications and navigate sensitive fundraising dynamics.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and optimize user success.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects aligned with team vision and annual objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland or able to work from the Dublin office.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Metric-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and high performance.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office attendance.
