What you will do
- Analyze and improve key SaaS metrics including NRR, GRR, LTV:CAC, and expansion velocity.
- Map the post-sales customer journey to identify and resolve friction points where users drop off.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product value with monetization.
- Build and iterate on automated expansion triggers, renewal playbooks, and lifecycle email tracks.
- Own the unit economics of the customer lifecycle to hunt down churn and drive growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Mixpanel, Amplitude, ChurnZero, or Gainsight.
- Proven track record of measurably improving retention or expansion revenue.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Experience working with US small business customers is preferred.
