What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
• Ensure employment law compliance and manage employee relations across multiple European countries.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and serve as a liaison between Finance, Legal, and HR Shared Services.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives such as DEI, performance management, and engagement surveys.
• Support international mobility and the relocation process for internal and external candidates.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment.
• Proven knowledge of employment laws in multiple European countries (e.g., UK, Ireland, France, Germany).
• Fluent English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor-level degree.
• Must be based in Ireland.
