What you will do

  • Drive the strategy to evolve the player data and risk platform into a composable, API-first architecture.
  • Design intuitive self-service tooling for compliance and operations teams to configure rules and workflows independently.
  • Lead the development of sandbox environments to validate new risk rules and thresholds against live or historical data.
  • Own the evolution of AML and Responsible Gambling scorecards, moving toward dynamic, behavioral risk scoring models.
  • Explore and integrate AI/ML models and third-party data providers for advanced fraud detection and predictive analysis.
  • Document complex legacy workflows and align priorities across Engineering, Compliance, and Fraud stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager managing complex internal platforms, risk engines, or API-first B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of rule-based segmentation engines and event-driven (ITTT) architecture.
  • Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry, specifically regarding AML, SG, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to transition legacy dashboards into actionable workflows and API-first integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for predictive risk modeling and fraud prevention.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
