TL;DR

Dutch Market Lead (iGaming): Driving the performance of the Dutch brand Circus.nl with an accent on CRM strategy, KPI monitoring, and player retention. Focus on optimizing acquisition budgets, negotiating with game providers, and managing P&L to increase market share in the Netherlands.

Location: Birkirkara, Malta. Hybrid (up to 50% remote). Relocation support is available.

What you will do

  • Control daily business KPIs and trends for casino and sports verticals, reporting to the Business Manager.
  • Develop and oversee the monthly CRM calendar and VIP campaigns to increase player engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with acquisition teams to ensure budget control and high performance of marketing operations.
  • Negotiate with game providers to secure exclusive games and the best agreements for casino promotions.
  • Manage partial P&L and coordinate with local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Analyze player behavior and trends to identify opportunities and improve games positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing.
  • Proven experience in commercial or operational roles within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or highly regulated digital environments.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Deep understanding of the Dutch market and player expectations.
  • Experience with CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance reporting and KPIs.
