What you will do

• Manage and support core infrastructure across Windows Server, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Maintain networking, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms.
• Improve cyber security controls and support Cyber Essentials (CE/CE+) certification activities.
• Execute vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening initiatives.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for devices, applications, and access issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure and security roadmaps and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or IT security roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and Autopilot.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).
• Proven experience with patching, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cyber Essentials / CE+.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of VMware, Veeam backup technologies, or firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or ITIL practices.
