What you will do

  • Partner with grocery business units to provide strategic insights and contribute to individual business growth.
  • Implement and evaluate promotional strategies using specialized tools to optimize investment and effectiveness.
  • Create and distribute high-level performance insight reports for the senior leadership team's monthly reviews.
  • Manage the central trade investment fund, including forecasting and the weekly Risks and Opportunities process.
  • Maintain the central library for all account pricing, covering both base and promotional rates.
  • Support cost price increase studies, coordination of strategy, and end-to-end implementation.

Requirements

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights across the 4Ps (Price, Promotion, Product, Placement).
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in NAM/NAE or Revenue Management roles.
