Location: Hybrid (Yeovil, UK). Must be based in or be able to commute to the Yeovil office

What you will do
- Support performance analysis for Front of House, promotions, and range extensions to optimize sales.
- Deliver accurate and timely Monday trading reports in partnership with Finance Managers and Business Partners.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial planning and growth initiatives.
- Produce ad-hoc reporting to facilitate fast, data-driven decision making across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business performance opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline Commercial Finance processes.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM-related subject.
- Strong interest in finance and a desire to work towards a professional qualification.
- Intermediate Excel skills and willingness to learn new reporting tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in retail performance and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
