What you will do

• Support performance analysis for Front of House, promotions, and range extensions to optimize sales.
• Deliver accurate and timely Monday trading reports in partnership with Finance Managers and Business Partners.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial planning and growth initiatives.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting to facilitate fast, data-driven decision making across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business performance opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline Commercial Finance processes.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM-related subject.
• Strong interest in finance and a desire to work towards a professional qualification.
• Intermediate Excel skills and willingness to learn new reporting tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in retail performance and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
