What you will do

• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver against KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell fragrance collections.
• Act as a brand ambassador, protecting and elevating hirify.global's brand equity in-store.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Utilize iPad tools for reporting, email communication, and VM guidance.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge within the fragrance industry.
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to work towards KPIs and targets.
• Deep passion for fragrance and luxury brands.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and in-store retail teams.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Birmingham (Bullring) location.
