What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with stakeholders ranging from store managers to senior leadership.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities.
  • Lead strategic business conversations focused on growth, profitability, and long-term partner success.
  • Analyze partner performance and proactively recommend growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, and Sales teams to increase partner visibility and platform engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience leading growth-oriented conversations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking and ability to identify revenue drivers.
