What you will do

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers across KSAT, PhishER, SecurityCoach, and Compliance Plus product lines.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Sales to design tailored implementation plans based on customer goals.
• Provide hands-on support during platform setup, configuration, and initial training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation to resolve issues promptly.
• Document implementation steps and create knowledge base articles to improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with technical support to resolve complex technical queries during the onboarding phase.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (resume must be submitted in English).
