What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and documentation to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, cost, and technical baselines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare accurate project reports and facilitate stakeholder communication to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 0–2 years of project management experience or experience supporting technical project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Ability to interpret technical information and collaborate with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Exposure to the defence environment, particularly Electronic Warfare.
• Experience with project planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
