What you will do

• Architect and evolve the game economy to establish a balanced and enduring framework for Monopoly GO!.
• Design the economic framework, including currency systems, pricing strategies, inflation control, and reward mechanisms.
• Develop sophisticated economic models to predict player behavior and guide long-term strategic decisions.
• Apply data analytics and A/B testing to boost retention, improve social interactions, and enhance monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game designers, developers, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead and mentor economy team members, promoting a culture of analytical thinking and creativity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager responsible for free-to-play (F2P) game economies.
• Deep understanding of player motivations and market dynamics.
• High proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and presenting complex concepts.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, R, Python, or other analytics and modeling platforms.
• Educational background in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
