TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Identifying and launching products to drive adoption of the hirify.global platform with an accent on user onboarding, activation, and conversion. Focus on optimizing the user journey, implementing product-led growth strategies, and iterating features based on real-time data and A/B testing.

Location: Hybrid (2-3x per week in office), must be based in Seattle or San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 USD

hirify.global is a platform for developers to build durable, distributed event-driven applications based on the Conductor orchestration engine.

What you will do

  • Own the initial stages of the user journey to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Implement strategies to reduce friction and enhance user satisfaction during initial product interactions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevRel, Sales, and Marketing to define and track metrics for acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement data to uncover trends and iterate on growth strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiment with features based on real-time data and user feedback.
  • Report growth metrics and initiatives to company leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for technology products, preferably for application developers.
  • Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and GTM alignment.
  • Ability to apply structured thinking and prioritization in ambiguous environments.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
  • Must be based in Seattle or San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

  • Engineering background with previous coding experience.
  • Experience launching SaaS offerings in the cloud infrastructure space.
