What you will do

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Transform compliance requirements into actionable project plans with meticulous planning.
• Monitor compliance metrics such as audit completion rates, training participation, and incident frequency.
• Act as the key liaison between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department heads.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure certifications like ISO27001 are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• Prior experience in compliance management, project management, or a related role focused on risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in contemporary web tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, and Linear.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
