What you will do

  • Conduct a training needs assessment to identify participants' aims and focus areas.
  • Develop and deliver a two-day interactive Leadership and Networking Intensive in Canberra.
  • Tailor activities to be relevant to the Bruneian context and engaging for diverse participants.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and potential mentorship between participants during the course.
  • Submit a completion report outlining lessons learned and future recommendations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering leadership and networking sessions.
  • Must be available to deliver the program in Canberra from August 1 to August 2, 2026.
  • Preference for experience with DFAT-funded programs.
  • Ability to adapt existing activities to fit the specific needs of a diverse alumni cohort.
