What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote functional and technical training for digital products.
• Assist customers with app content management and the submission process.
• Develop structured training courses, workshops, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and product developers to create innovative instructional solutions.
• Provide on-site support during the implementation and launch phases.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and bridge knowledge gaps.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Australia without sponsorship is required.
• Proven experience delivering formal technical training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical and interpersonal client-facing skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites for training delivery.
• Formal training qualifications (Cert IV) are highly desirable.

• Experience with digital products and mobile apps.
