What you will do

• Deliver professional training sessions including Axis Academy modules, customized programs, and trade show demonstrations.
• Coordinate and host webinars on Axis products and solutions for regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global training teams and local sales engineering to localize and update training materials.
• Manage the student enrollment journey and act as the primary point of contact for training inquiries.
• Maintain classroom facilities and coordinate logistics for off-site training events.
• Actively participate in the global trainer community to share feedback and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training within an adult learning environment.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Expertise in video transport protocols, compression technologies, and image quality principles.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
