Staff Software Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite office in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Solve complex technical problems and build solutions that remain reliable as the product grows.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineers on technical planning and system design.
• Act as a technical resource for complex architecture and design decisions.
• Own root-cause analysis and long-term fixes for difficult system issues.
• Lead technically demanding projects from design through delivery across multiple systems or teams.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, or an exceptional track record in server-side development.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, Go, or Python.
• Extensive experience building scalable distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Experience designing and deploying services at scale on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong technical judgment, mentoring experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience contributing to product-direction decisions beyond implementation details.
