What you will do

• Attend and actively participate in Board meetings.
• Provide independent judgement on the Company’s strategy, governance, business model, and risk appetite.
• Review and challenge management, compliance, AML/CFT reports, and audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with Seychelles financial services legislation, FSA codes, and licence conditions.
• Oversee key risk areas, including client onboarding, safeguarding of assets, and business conduct.
• Support Board oversight of approved securities dealing activities, including stocks, ETFs, and CFDs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in a directorship, senior management, or equivalent governance position.
• Academic or professional qualifications in finance, law, accounting, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Experience in regulated financial services, brokerage, investment services, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of directors’ duties, regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT obligations.
• Ability to analyze and challenge Board papers, risk assessments, and financial information.
• Must satisfy fit-and-proper expectations for a director of a Seychelles regulated Securities Dealer.
