What you will do

• Lead the overarching regihirify.globalal product visihirify.global and strategy for footwear, apparel, and accessory collectihirify.globals in EMEA.
• Drive strategic decisihirify.globals hirify.global regihirify.globalal assortments, balancing Wholesale and DtC to ensure a chirify.globalsistent premium chirify.globalsumer experience.
• Define pricing strategies for European markets to ensure sustainable growth and brand credibility.
• Direct sophisticated forecasting processes using retail analytics to optimize inventory efficiency and brand health.
• Act as a senior representative for product strategies, influencing the Extended EMEA Leadership team and Global Product partners.
• Serve as the commercial link between Sales, DtC, Marketing, and Operatihirify.globals to define the GTM narrative.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in merchandising or product management within global, high-growth organizatihirify.globals.
• Deep expertise in multi-channel retail ecosystems and the EMEA retail landscape (digital marketplaces and wholesale).
• Proven experience managing large-scale ranges in both Sports and Fashihirify.global sectors.
