A digital healthcare company building a global preventive healthcare ecosystem, including the weight-management program Juniper.

What you will do

  • Conduct full due diligence on new markets, analyzing competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and commercial sizing.
  • Synthesize research into investment theses to provide leadership with a clear go/no-go decision framework.
  • Own the end-to-end launch of new markets, from hiring the first local employee to acquiring the first patient.
  • Manage P&L for launched markets by running experiments to optimize the funnel and scale growth.
  • Build local teams and negotiate partnerships with pharmacy and pharma companies.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams with high accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in law, MBB consulting, investment banking, or 3+ years as an operator in a high-growth startup.
  • Ability to build and defend complex commercial models from scratch.
  • Strong independent research skills to produce structured answers on market viability.
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations with partners and suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication skills for writing tight investment theses and slide decks.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to London.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and dashboard building.
