What you will do
- Conduct full due diligence on new markets, analyzing competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and commercial sizing.
- Synthesize research into investment theses to provide leadership with a clear go/no-go decision framework.
- Own the end-to-end launch of new markets, from hiring the first local employee to acquiring the first patient.
- Manage P&L for launched markets by running experiments to optimize the funnel and scale growth.
- Build local teams and negotiate partnerships with pharmacy and pharma companies.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams with high accountability for outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in law, MBB consulting, investment banking, or 3+ years as an operator in a high-growth startup.
- Ability to build and defend complex commercial models from scratch.
- Strong independent research skills to produce structured answers on market viability.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations with partners and suppliers.
- Exceptional communication skills for writing tight investment theses and slide decks.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to London.
