What you will do

• Develop and implement the Global Medical Affairs plan for Ilumetri, focusing on post-launch lifecycle optimization.
• Execute asset-level evidence activities, including evidence maturation and comparative positioning to demonstrate long-term value.
• Lead scientific exchange, publications, and data dissemination to reinforce the product profile.
• Collaborate with R&D, Market Access, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to ensure sustained value and differentiation.
• Provide affiliates with clear lifecycle strategies, tools, and guidance for compliant medical execution.
• Lead and develop the Global Medical Affairs Ilumetri team, promoting collaboration and capability growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharma or biotech industry.
• Proven expertise in biologics, preferably within dermatology and immunology.
• Experience working at a global level within a matrix organization and demonstrated people leadership.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

• Advanced degree such as an MD or PhD.
