What you will do

• Conduct full due diligence for new markets, including competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and commercial sizing.
• Own the end-to-end market launch process from the first local hire to the first patient acquired.
• Manage P&L for launched markets, running experiments to improve the acquisition funnel and scaling operations.
• Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships with pharma companies and pharmacy infrastructure.
• Recruit and develop local talent and hold teams accountable to OKRs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments such as law, MBB consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Expertise in building complex commercial models from scratch and defending assumptions.
• Proven ability to independently research new markets and produce structured investment theses.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with partners and suppliers.
• Experience running complex cross-functional workstreams with high accountability.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and building dashboards.
