What you will do

  • Maintain and manage the shareholder register in cooperation with registrars and external providers.
  • Prepare and support General Shareholders’ Meetings, including notices, voting procedures, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate dividend distribution processes with registrars and banking partners.
  • Handle shareholder inquiries regarding dividends, share ownership, and registration requests.
  • Prepare annual reports, presentations, and materials for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate governance, shareholder relations, legal operations, or corporate administration.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance procedures and shareholder registry management.
  • Proven experience coordinating documentation flows and administrative processes.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with shareholders, lawyers, and banks.
  • English level B2/C1 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with public companies or entities with a large shareholder base.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, investment, or crypto companies.
  • Professional legal or corporate governance background.
