Lido Labs Foundation is an independent organization dedicated to supporting the growth and resilience of the Lido protocol.

What you will do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including strategic partnerships and vendor arrangements.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem contributors to ensure contractual alignment with protocol goals.
  • Manage contract workflows and perform risk assessments for new product integrations.
  • Provide practical legal advice on commercial partnerships and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks while balancing commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership regarding decentralized protocols and legal innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house with exposure to complex commercial transactions.
  • Deep experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to make risk-based decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive legal matters forward.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable advice.
  • Fluency in Russian is strongly preferred for documentation and collaboration purposes.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated interest in crypto, DeFi, decentralized governance, or open-source ecosystems.
  • Experience working with decentralized teams.
