What you will do

• Independently manage AML, sanctions, and compliance cases.
• Conduct CDD/EDD reviews, corporate onboarding, and risk assessments.
• Perform sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and SAR escalations using blockchain analytics tools.
• Review and maintain compliance policies and internal documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Fraud, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Propose and implement process improvements after the first six months.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or risk management within crypto, fintech, or blockchain environments.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain monitoring tools and KYC/KYB platforms.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting risk assessments.
