What you will do

• Manage annual renewal pipelines and proactively engage customers to ensure contract retention.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and add-on opportunities for premium services.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales teams to prepare complex offers and special terms.
• Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasting in Salesforce to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
• Conduct cold calls to reactivate customers with lapsed support contracts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Advanced level English and German language proficiency
• Proven track record in Sales, Account Management, or Renewals
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts with high transaction volumes
• Strong communication and influencing skills at the executive level
• Proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred
