What you will do
- Lead, hire, train, and ramp a team of sales development representatives.
- Coach representatives in their career progression towards future account executive roles.
- Identify and launch initiatives to drive new business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive new business through demand generation.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Sales Development Manager experience with a consistent track record of performance.
- 6+ years of total experience in sales development (inbound & outbound) or closing roles (AE/AM).
- Strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales with success selling to Enterprise customers (>1K employees).
- Proficiency with a modern GTM stack, including Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sequencing tools.
- Experience leveraging data to measure, manage, and optimize activity and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree.
