What you will do

• Plan, develop, and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and overall financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues, including new initiatives and contract reviews.
• Lead annual and monthly budgeting and reforecasting processes across the leadership team.
• Manage month-end financial accounting closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Drive cash flow performance through oversight of collections, disbursements, and payroll.
• Oversee the Finance Department and provide professional development opportunities for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be available during core work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP.
