Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop an FP&A team overseeing end-to-end forecasting and reporting for $1.5B+ in international film revenue.
• Translate complex financial data into executive-level insights and track critical KPIs to support senior leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to influence business priorities and unlock growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with Distribution Sales and Film Studio executives from Universal Pictures, hirify.global, and Focus Features.
• Develop high-impact presentations communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to manipulate high volumes of data.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least 4 days per week.
