What you will do

• Serve as the primary client lead, guiding clients on accounting principles and processes.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure timely deliverables and operational improvements.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, NAV reporting, and fee calculations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Manage onboarding, cash management, budgeting, and advisory services.
• Supervise direct reports and contribute to overall department leadership and training.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the alternative investment management industry (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate).
• BSBA in accounting and a licensed CPA.
• Deep expertise in fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, NetSuite, and Sage.
• Strong management and organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements.
