hirify.global builds AI workers for customer-facing businesses to automate customer operations across voice, SMS, chat, and email.

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and book meetings with qualified SMB and lower mid-market prospects.
  • Build targeted lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and company websites.
  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via personalized cold emails and daily cold calls.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to test and refine messaging across different industries and buyer personas.
  • Track all activity, responses, and market learnings within the CRM.
  • Provide direct feedback to the team on market responses and prospect needs.

Requirements

  • 9+ months of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work in person.
  • Experience selling into SMBs is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort making daily cold calls.
  • High energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curiosity about AI, startups, and the sales process.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, telecom, CRM, or customer support software.
  • Proficiency with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Smartlead, or Clay.
  • Proven success in booking meetings through cold outreach.
  • Experience prospecting into property management, healthcare, home services, or retail.
