What you will do
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders on integration roadmaps, best practices, and long-term HR technology strategy.
- Monitor scheduled integration runs, background jobs, system logs, and API timeouts to maintain reliable data exchange.
- Manage Workday tenants and migrate integration code, calculated fields, and configuration changes across sandbox, implementation, and production environments.
- Design data flows, secure transmissions, and basic integration performance analyses using SFTP and PGP encryption.
- Design, build, test, and maintain custom integrations with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Support technical implementations, vendor migrations, Workday feature releases, impact assessments, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development and administration.
- Foundational knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Understanding of Workday architecture, technical data transport, authentication profiles, certificates, cloud connectivity, and secure file transfers.
- Strong attention to detail when following technical checklists for cutovers and tenant migrations.
- Clear communication with project managers, third-party vendors, and functional HCM consultants.

- Workday Integration Core or Workday Studio certification.
