TL;DR
Junior to Mid-Level ServiceNow & Fullstack Developer (Vue.js): Building and supporting ServiceNow applications, ITSM workflows, Vue.js interfaces, and scalable backend services with an accent on enterprise automation, API integration, and maintainable full-stack code. Focus on troubleshooting distributed systems, implementing secure endpoints, managing relational and NoSQL databases, and delivering tested features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Location: On-site in Pasay, Philippines
Company
Engineering team delivering enterprise platform automation and custom full-stack services, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders on IAM operations.
What you will do
- Design, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications, ITSM modules, Service Portals, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain Vue.js interfaces and backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Python/Flask, or Groovy.
- Design, document, and integrate secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs across ServiceNow, backend frameworks, and enterprise platforms.
- Investigate production issues, performance bottlenecks, layout shifts, and distributed data anomalies across the full stack.
- Create Jira tasks with acceptance criteria, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders.
- Write automated tests, apply SOLID, DRY, and OWASP principles, and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis data stores.
Requirements
- Practical ServiceNow scripting experience or exposure, including JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal widgets, and integration hooks.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Python/Flask, Vue.js or React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis, as well as automated backend and frontend testing.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Git, Linux command-line tools, modular architecture, and separation of concerns.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- Exposure to enterprise Identity Management, data mapping, and system connectors.
- Experience using AI developer tools or integrating AI APIs into projects and chat interfaces.
- Exposure to Jenkins, Nginx, Docker, or other DevOps tools.
