SAP FICO Support Consultant (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Provide ongoing SAP Finance application support within AMS and Aftercare services.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and defect resolution for SAP Finance solutions.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and related Finance processes.
• Translate customer requirements into SAP solutions and coordinate with technical consultants on development and integration work.
• Maintain incident, problem, and change records while contributing to continuous improvement across Aftercare services.

Requirements

• Experienced SAP Finance Functional Consultant with AMS, application support, or managed services experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC Finance environments.
• Understanding of integration between Finance and other SAP functional areas.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong analytical ability, customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Previous consulting experience.
