What you will do
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for OBG Technology costs.
- Partner with FP&A to oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and create performance narratives for senior management.
- Conduct ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and business case evaluations for major technology investments.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for resource/capacity planning and Capex.
- Act as a proactive finance partner to Technology leadership to drive accountability and value-based decisions.
- Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or performance controlling.
- Master's degree from a leading business/engineering school or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of financial tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
- English: Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid).
