What you will do

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for OBG Technology costs.
  • Partner with FP&A to oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and create performance narratives for senior management.
  • Conduct ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and business case evaluations for major technology investments.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models for resource/capacity planning and Capex.
  • Act as a proactive finance partner to Technology leadership to drive accountability and value-based decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or performance controlling.
  • Master's degree from a leading business/engineering school or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of financial tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
  • English: Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
  • Prior exposure to IT, digital, or platform environments.
