What you will do

• Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos, being on camera 3-4 hours per week.
• Set the content strategy, determining topics, angles, and priorities.
• Manage a scriptwriter and editor, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Analyze channel performance bi-weekly to optimize content and boost engagement.

Requirements

• Magnetic on camera, coming across as a warm and genuine mentor.
• Curious and quick to learn about finance, content, YouTube growth, and the nursing audience.
• Strong operator, capable of managing contractors and keeping production flowing.
• Care about the audience and a desire to improve resources for nurses.
• Knowledgeable about personal finance and financial tools available to American nurses.
