TL;DR
Content & Comms Manager (Fintech): Managing organic social channels and member communications for a modern financial membership platform with an accent on high-quality content creation and user engagement. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Must be based in the UK and work from the Hoxton office at least 3 days a week, including Mondays.
Salary: £42,416 - £55,972 per year

What you will do
- Own and produce the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Create high-quality short-form videos, static assets, and carousels using Figma and CapCut.
- Manage end-to-end influencer and creator relationships, including research, contracting, and creative approval.
- Build, QA, and execute email and push campaigns using Braze, focusing on lifecycle stages and behavior segmentation.
- Collaborate with Partnership and Performance Marketing teams to bring reward partners to life through editorial and social content.
- Track engagement and conversion metrics to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the Hoxton office at least 3 days a week.
- Proven experience producing social-native content (video, static, carousels) with a strong visual instinct.
- Hands-on experience with Braze for campaign management, canvases, and segmentation.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to a sharp, direct, and cheeky brand voice.
- Proficiency as an AI power user to accelerate workflows without sacrificing quality.
- Experience in community building and managing creator relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Background in Fintech, D2C, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Experience with A/B testing for copy, CTAs, and creative variants.
