Salary: $115,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Oversee nightside editorial direction and social content production from ideation to final post.
• Coordinate primetime show digital producers to maintain organized workflows and content pipelines.
• Edit, produce, and script original video content while providing editorial sign-off.
• Monitor linear broadcast in real-time to identify and direct rapid turnaround content.
• Deliver constructive feedback on scripts, edits, and post-production cuts.
• Ensure all content meets editorial standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience producing, writing, and editing news content.
• Expert video editing skills in Adobe Premiere.
• Extensive experience optimizing content for YouTube and audience development.
• Proven editorial leadership with a track record of mentoring producers.
• Deep knowledge of news, politics, and the social media landscape.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm).
