What you will do

• Lead assurance technology initiatives focusing on innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to modernize audit technology, tools, and workflows.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of AI tools, data analytics, and workflow automation platforms.
• Partner with assurance leadership to identify digital transformation opportunities and align them with business goals.
• Drive standardization and optimization of audit processes across teams and offices.
• Manage technology-related budgets, project timelines, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business; Master's preferred.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, consulting, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and technology implementation projects.
• Knowledge of AI-driven audit solutions and data analytics tools.
