What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop 2-3 junior and intermediate Product Managers.
• Partner with the VP of Product on strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, and leadership decisions.
• Own and evolve Product Ops, including planning cadences, decision frameworks, and communication rituals.
• Drive cross-squad initiatives to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Experiment with and implement AI-powered workflows for discovery, analysis, and decision-making.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional discussions with Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
• Direct experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or improving Product Ops at the Series A–C stage.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Deep experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to transform PM workflows.
