Salary: $180,000–$215,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own growth features end-to-end, from conceptual ideation to production deployment.
• Develop and maintain robust A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to identify high-leverage growth opportunities.
• Improve user conversion, retention, and engagement across the lifecycle.
• Build and iterate on onboarding, referral, and notification systems.
• Analyze user data to generate actionable insights and refine growth strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong experience in a growth-focused engineering role at a high-growth company.
• Proficiency in at least one frontend framework like React or Flutter.
• Experience with modern backend systems such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Deep familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing infrastructure, and analytics tools like Amplitude or Segment.
• Proven ability to manage data pipelines, ETL, and custom metrics queries.

Nice to have

• Experience building consumer products for children and parents.
• Background in integrating third-party solutions like Stripe, Twilio, or SendGrid.
• Understanding of front-end architectures and performance optimization techniques.
