What you will do

• Provide functional support for SAP FICO modules, focusing on issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution.
• Support Finance and Controlling business processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Manage enhancement requests, configuration changes, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, PP) to ensure integrated process continuity.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process standardization and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO functional experience in support and/or implementation environments.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Product Costing.
• Experience with FSCM components (Credit, Dispute, and Collections Management).
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or migrations.
• Exposure to SAP cloud integrations or solutions like Concur.
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager for incident and change management.
• Knowledge of North American tax processes.
• Experience working within AMS or SAP support delivery models.
