What you will do

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations, managing both functional and technical delivery.
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Configure and tailor payroll systems to ensure seamless integration with business platforms.
• Drive functional testing and validation to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP payroll solutions.
• Strong expertise in payroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations.
• Spanish fluency is essential and English proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders autonomously.
• Experience with Integrho is a strong advantage.
• Background in HCM or time & attendance systems is a plus.
